1. Aurva

A medium to full-bodied Shiraz with an inviting nose of ripe berries. It is dry, with a long, clean finish that lingers pleasantly with a peppery note. Interestingly, Moët, renowned globally for producing only champagne and sparkling wines, makes this the only still wine in their portfolio worldwide. This fact alone makes it a truly unique product.

                                                                                     2.Delice

    Delice – Delicious Over Ice
This sparkling wine is a truly innovative and unique offering, available exclusively at the winery outlet. Buyers are guided on how best to enjoy it: served over ice.

The wine is medium-sweet, with a fruity nose and a refreshing palate. Add a cube of ice to the glass of this sparkling wine. For an added twist, a thin slice of orange or a few mint leaves can be included. As the ice melts, the sugar level gradually reduces without giving it a watery taste, while the orange or mint releases subtle aromas. This ensures that as you sip, the sweetness gently evolves, complemented by the fresh notes of orange or mint. An exceptionally creative and delightful product.

    3. Moet Sparkling

As the name suggests, this sparkling wine is dry, crafted from a blend of Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir. The palate is vibrant with citrus notes, accented by hints of vanilla. It boasts a clean finish, with a lingering citrus flavour that is both refreshing and sophisticated. Visit co-ordinated by Mr Manoj Jagtap for Mr. Hans Raj Ahuja, wine educator, and writer. And Mr. Dushyant Bhatia of The Cask Circle, food and spirits event organiser.
