As part of our Nashik Tour, I Hans Raj Ahuja, wine educator and Dushyant Bhatia of Wine-Bros ( www.wine-bro.com) visited Wine Info Centre. A few photos of WIC. What an incredible service they provide to hospitality students. The education comprises from basics of winemaking to wine appreciation. A great learning experience and a way to promote Indian wines. All Indian wine brands are also sold at discounted rates. I was surprised to see wines from the Deccan Plateau. A company that made waves with its high-quality wines. I am told that the brand is back in the market, though in limited cities.

We made a quick visit to Good Drop Wine Cellars. It was an impromptu visit, but we were welcomed with warm hearts. The winery is soon launching new varietals, like Chenin Vio and Frizzano, in new packaging. The packaging in new bottles is exquisite. Waiting to taste new varietals and circulate tasting notes.

If you love wines, do visit Nashik and no-body can plan your guided tour better than your wine friend, Mr. Manoj Jagtap.
